Receipt & Visual Inspection
Incoming shipments from Letter Pack or couriers are unboxed, verified against order records, and checked for casing cracks or terminal damage.
Casing Disassembly & Circuit Check
Casings are carefully opened. Depleted battery packs are removed, and thermostats, thermal fuses, and contact terminals are inspected and cleaned.
New Cells Assembly & Precision Spot Welding
Fresh industrial-grade cells are assembled according to voltage/capacity ratings and connected using specialized precision spot welding.
Reassembly & Charge / Discharge Performance Test
Batteries are reassembled and subjected to voltage checks, rapid charger communication verification, and discharge load stress tests.

Important Instructions Upon Receipt
All internal cells are replaced with brand-new cells. Brand-new cells are chemically inactive initially. Please perform a refresh charge or continuous charge for at least 24 hours before first use.
