To rebuild your battery, please send your existing depleted battery to us using Japan Post Letter Pack.
The Letter Pack shipping fee of 520 JPY will be fully refunded after rebuild completion.
3 Easy Steps to Send Your Battery
No complicated paperwork required. Simply pack your battery securely and send it to our center.
Insulate Terminals & Pack
Apply insulation tape over the metallic battery terminals for safety. Wrap the battery in bubble wrap or newspapers.
Letter Pack or Courier
Purchase a Letter Pack Plus (520 JPY) at any post office or convenience store, pack the battery, and mail it to us.
※Use Yu-Pack or Sagawa Express for larger batteries.
New Cells Replaced & Returned
Upon arrival, our technicians inspect, spot-weld brand new cells, and run charge/discharge tests. Delivered back to your doorstep like brand new.

Important Precautions
About Battery Outer Casing
Our service reuses your original outer casing and replaces the internal battery cells with new ones. We clean and polish casings before return, but the original outer case is returned as-is.
Initial Charging After Delivery
Because all cells are brand-new, they are initially chemically inactive. Please execute a refresh cycle or charge continuously for at least 24 hours before first use.
